David Hoey moved to San Clemente, CA when he was a teenager with his family from Colombia, South America. After graduating from San Clemente High School, David started working in the construction industry learning how to frame homes and install doors and windows. In 2006 David opened his residential remodeling company in San Clemente after obtaining his California CSLB #: 877909.

David's work and reputation has afforded him amazing opportunities. He has worked extensively with Big Table Media on the HGTV and DIY networks, remodeling homes for several episodes of House Crashers and Room Crashers. 

 

David and Carina Hoey have been married since 2005. They work together in the office as well as on the job site to make sure their clients' projects are brought to life exactly as they are envisioned. In February 2025, they relocated to Prescott Valley, Arizona and David obtained his Arizona ROC #: 361954. David, Carina and their daughter look forward to spending time together taking their 1997 Jeep out and discovering all the beautiful trails Prescott Valley has to offer.
